Creamy Ranch Potatoes
2lb. small red potatoes, quartered (or what ever potatoes you have on hand)
1 8oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can of cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 1oz env. dry Ranch dressing mix
2. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, coup and ranch mix. Stir into potatoes
3. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours.
