Messy Braid Up

I am all about getting my hair up and braided lately. I just need it out of my face and up since I have packed all my hair stuff and they are waiting for my in Denver!

This first I braided my hair back off of my forhead. Then next is a waterfall braid to one side then a french braid to pull the bottom half up Then I threw it in a very mess bun. Took 5 minutes. Easy Quick up do!

Side Waterfall Braid with Bow

Stephy did this cute hairdo for a party for me.
First she did a top waterfall braid
Second a french braid below the waterfall braid
Third gathered all my hair and made a little bow on the side.
It turned out really cute and was super easy.

Fun Sunday

Can and I had to sing on sunday together, so naturally we needed to have some fun hair-do's. I was rushed and didnt do much fancy. But CANDICE now she created the look of the year it is hot hot hot!

She started with a frenchy down the right side , to the middle of the back of her head

Pinned in the back, with a cute little flower clippy from the previous crochet post....

And here is the best, she curled the left side of her hair, and did a little twist in front pinned behind some of the curls. So adorable!!!

Mine was a simple fish braid down the front, not my best but you know still better than my favorite pull it back sloppy bun:)

Now, if you are a stephy follower, you will notice I have out-ed myself on this blog. I'm not so happy about it, but can't really get around it for the purposes of this fun little blog...so we can welcome the 100lb overweight stephy to the internet. You certainly won't find her on facebook or my own personal  blog. I've been very careful LOL. But thanks to a wonderful hubby creating a gym in my garage and some fabulous workout buddies, she shouldn't exist for much longer!

Hair catch-ups

This is sort of another catch up post, for instructions on these see my "for the hair" board on pinterest. From here on out I will post instructions if it turns out good haha. So here are my hair trials so far from pinterest...

3 Frenchy Bun

Today I needed to make up something new, and didn't have time to read through a tutorial from my pinterest board:) so here is what we came up with

I just did french braids down the sides, and one down the middle to the end of my hair. then I braided those braids together, then pinned them into a bun. easy peazy

I found these Firm Hold  pins by conair, at walmart, they were expensive, 3 bucks for 18 of them, but the ROCK. I have such thick hair, and I have tried all types of other pins and have to use so many to keep buns in place. This style took only 2 of those firm hold pins, and it has stayed put firmly for the entire day. Also they didnt get bent really much at all they will be able to be reused alot Im thinking, much more than regular ones I go through like crazy.
